The Popular Show Campaign 4 Unveils the Soldiers Group

From the very beginning of Campaign 4, fresh DM the talented storyteller has kept viewers on edge with deep backstory, a wide array of personalities, and a exciting storyline showcasing divine entities, fiends, and dark forces expanding in power within the city.

Warning: Revealing details for Episode 3 of this adventure are included.

The Combat-Oriented Party Introduced

The third episode finished on a huge suspense moment and presented the first table of adventurers who will branch out from the central cast to begin their independent quest, distinct from the remaining groups.

The Soldiers table features Teor Pridesire (played by Travis), Thimble (Laura Bailey), the strong-willed figure (Whitney Moore), the cleric (Sam), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

The Reason for Division

Considering a large ensemble, it was evident from the start that keeping everyone at the same party would be impossible.

This explains, the initial installments of this story serve as an Introduction, connecting the individual narratives before splitting into three smaller tables: Soldiers, Schemers, and Questers.

The Nature of the Soldiers Table

As described by the Dungeon Master, the warrior group is for participants who enjoy a classically intense combat and conflict-driven narrative style where non-violent answers are rare.

At first glance, characters like the reluctant priest Wicander might seem unsuited, but the events of episode 3 make it clear why these five characters are perfectly fit for the warrior group.

Why They Must Go

For one thing, the group knows exactly where to go next after a brutal first encounter with The Crow Keepers.

A former ally of Thjazi Fang—whose demise initiated the campaign’s events—exploited The Crow Keepers for his own means, entering the hidden lair, striking the character, and swiping all the magical artifacts to sell off.

The antagonist then settled his obligations and ran away to a secure base in the northern region, above Dol-Makjar, with Teor’s brother hot on his heels.

Personal Motivations

Additionally, each member has a specific drive to depart the metropolitan area:

  • The rogue, as Thjazi’s partner and best friend, wants retribution.
  • The adventurer knows Timmony and warns that it is a nasty place.
  • Tyranny and Wicander, having disobeyed his house’s orders to execute Teor and instead saved him, have nowhere else to go.
  • Yet, their status as key figures in the influential clan could help the party access places they usually can’t.
  • Moreover, The grateful character vowed a unbreakable promise to Wicander for his rescue and will now accompany him everywhere.

Fugitives

In addition, all of them are wanted by the rulers that control Dol-Makjar for a range of causes, making staying in the city too risky:

  • The rogue and The hero are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The warrior and The healer betrayed the influential house and the legion of demons they are partnered with.
  • The fighter is wanted dead by the clan.

This means them no alternative but to journey toward the remote area in quest for the antagonist.

Future Episodes

According to the latest episode’s follow-up content, we find out that the Soldiers table will be absent in the upcoming installment, leaving the rest of the cast members to round up the Questers and Schemers parties.

Fans can anticipate discovering which adventurers will be assigned to which table in the season’s last Overture episode, available to watch on October 24.
